What shipping provider do you use?
We ship all timepieces safely and securely via Fedex Overnight Standard delivery. All in stock timepieces are shipped within 1-2 business days. All packages are fully insured covered under our shipping insurance in the case of lost or damaged shipments
What payment options are available?
We currently accept wire transfers, credit cards, and zelle. All credit card transactions incur a 3.75% fee. Payments via crypto to be added soon.
What is the process to trade-in a timepiece?
We strive to make the process as easy as possible for trade ins. Our sales team will provide an estimated value range for your timepiece prior to shipment. The final value is based on what comes with the watch as well as overall condition. We will provide a fully insured shipping label to send the watch in. Once condition and final value is determined, credit will be provided in the stated amount towards the purchase of the next timepiece.
What is the consignment process like
Similar to the trade-in process discussed above, once the watch is received and condition is confirmed, the amount determined will be sent via zelle or wire transfer within 7 business days unless discussed otherwise.
